Today, the 7th of February 2012, we harvested our Nouvelle, which favours these cooler conditions. We will harvest our Chardonnay on Wednesday, the 8th of February 2012, and the Viognier on Thursday, the 9th of February 2012. These three harvests will complete our co-fermented blend, the famous Bellpost C'est la Vie. Last week we harvested our Chardonnay, used for our single varietal Chardonnay, and in the coming weeks we will harvest our Merlot, Ruby Cabernet and Shiraz.
